MSIPP Membership Types and Requirements   

Membership Types: 

1. Specialist (Registered with the NSR)
   1. Ordinary Member = RM100
   2. Lifetime Member = RM500 (Minimum 2 years as Ordinary Member)
2. Associate Member
   1. Ordinary Member = RM25
   2. Lifetime Member = RM50 (Minimum 2 years as Ordinary Member)
3. Non-Malaysian
   1. Ordinary Member = 100 USD

Please note that membership application is subject to Committee approval.  

How to Register?

Step 1 

Download the membership application form and fill in the required details.   

Step 2 

Email the completed form along with copies of:- 

1. Curriculum Vitae
2. (NSR Member only) Copy of Qualification Certificate
3. (Lifetime membership only) Proof of payment/Official Receipt going back 2 years

Please either email to secretariat.msipp@gmail.com or submit using the form provided here and attach all relevant documents.

Each individual file may not exceed 10MB and total size of all files may not exceed 15MB. 

If document exceeds file size limit please upload to https://wetransfer.com/ or your preferred file provider and attach the link in the form before submission.

Step 3 

Upon approval, make payment via online bank transfer or bank in cheque to:
